Erwa was appointed CEO of Dubai Holding Entertainment, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, in December 2021, overseeing the company's destination portfolio, which includes Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Coca-Cola Arena, Ain Dubai, and Roxy Cinemas. In April 2024, the company launched Real Madrid World, the world's first Real Madrid-themed theme park. In January 2025, Dubai Holding Entertainment partnered with Trip.com Group to promote Dubai's top tourist destinations in China. Erwa also previously served as CEO of CircusTrix and Palace Entertainment.
